Welcome to DNA Tourism World. These terms and conditions govern the use of our services. Please read them carefully before making any bookings.
Definitions
- “Company” refers to DNA Tourism World.
- “User” or “Client” refers to any person using our services or making a booking through our website.
- “Suppliers” refer to service providers such as hotels, airlines, and car rental companies.
Booking & Payment Terms
- All prices displayed are subject to change based on availability and supplier policies.
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers only .
- Any transaction fees or bank charges are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation & Modifications
- All bookings are subject to our Refund Policy (detailed below).
- Some modifications may require additional fees, depending on supplier policies.
- The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations by suppliers (hotels, airlines, etc.).
Liability Disclaimer
- DNA Tourism World acts as an intermediary between clients and suppliers and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by suppliers.
- The company is not liable for any losses or damages caused by flight cancellations, delays, or visa issues.
- The client agrees that the company is not responsible for errors or incorrect information provided by suppliers.
Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
- Any legal disputes related to our services shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the United States, as applicable.
- In case of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before legal action.

Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Conditions
- Cancellations within 24 hours of booking: Full refund minus processing fees.
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the service date: 70% refund subject to supplier policies.
- Cancellations less than 7 days before the service date: Refund eligibility depends on the supplier’s policy.
Refund Policy Exceptions
- Non-refundable airline tickets: Once confirmed, these tickets cannot be refunded.
- Non-refundable hotel and car rental bookings: Some deals are non-refundable, and this will be clearly indicated before payment.
Refund Request Process
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to refunds@dnatourismworld.com along with booking details.
- Refund processing may take 7-14 business days, depending on the payment method.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.
